Most of Cali is in a desert. Millions of people need water. When people use more water than us available guess what? Cali dries up.

Doesn’t Harvard own a large percentage of the water rights in terms of wells?
Start there with your research.

When you live in a desert expect desert things.

There is always a possibility of such occurrence when discussing areas geologically known as a desert. Why is Anartica ice when geology proves it was once forested?

It has nothing to do with the people. It has to do with their agricultural needs. That's where all the water goes.

The truth is not pretty. It’s a curse they’ve fallen victim to.
The Curse of Nancy Pelosi’s Vaginia
Just straight up parched, desert conditions.

Truthfully....
We have been taken over by what are effectively eco-terrorists. The Delta Smelt is a non-native fish and we dump 80+ billion (that's not a typo) gallons of water from the Delta into the Bay annually to preserve it when only 4 of them have been found by UC Davis since 2018. What could 80 billion gallons do for us? A lot. So yes, while we are currently in a drought we're doing an extraordinary amount of damage to ourselves in order to preserve a non-native fish that can't be found. We need to continue to build water infrastructure to capture what we can, continue to improve farming irrigation technology and get rid of the hard left prog types.

Consider just how much we produce and it really is your ag needs too. Along with all of our export markets. We feed everybody from here. It’s pretty wild. The Valley produces more milk than all of Wisconsin and about 25% of the nation’s butter is from here too. Cows need water too.

It's an act of God to be allowed to damn up and preserve water ruffoff headed out to the ocean.
There are so.many laws and shite on water runoff they are starving themselves of water.
So much so I believe there are even issues with people collecting water runoff in barrels from their damn roofs in places.
