The leaving the scene is the crime obviously.

It’s a crap shoot on which traffic cams even function throughout the city in order to obtain a plate ID.

The state of our infrastructure is such an embarrassment. Not just Baton Rouge, but the whole state.
Pavement quality, stripes and markings, lighting, and the complete lack of highway infrastructure is so frustrating.

I know 3 35 and up divorced guys living there or recently moved out of there. The houses were priced right and they can use as an investment once they move on
