This was a conscious decision by BK and staff to sit MB out and go with a running QB. It's a cheap and easy coaching effort because the QB doesn't have to be smart and study defenses in depth they only have to be reactionary athletes hence the cheap effort! This is all on BRIAN KELLEY and no one else!

Myles Brennan is the best passer but he couldn't survive behind this offensive line.

But Kelly is the only guy getting 10 million a year. So, it's up to Kelly, and he is failing at it right now 6 games in.

I see a multitude of problems, its not just Daniels but he isn't without blame either. At some point he has to be able to throw down field and be aggressive. He is struggling to read defenses and go through his progressions.

When the Qb can't read coverages, can't spot a blitz package, locks in on one reciever, has been historically bad with no recent signs of improvement.

It's the Qb. He's driving the bus.

Myles would be broken in half by now behind that line. Daniels won because he can run for his life.

Agree.

Kelly thought he had time because he's being paid so much money.

Wrong.

We are limited by Daniel’s inability to function at a high level

Not all Daniels, but he can’t process, certainly not fast enough behind Swiss cheese OL.

Who’s the current backup at OSU? Worked last time.

Ding...ding...ding...

Kelly and Staff have a misguided perception of expectations.

So the play calling isnt limited by JDs inabilities? Because thats all on JD, not the coaches

They sold us on his ability to make plays with his legs. They call certain plays because they think he is mobile, secure and smart. He simply isnt

We have no line! It doesn’t matter who is playing qb.

I have to admit if the coach thinks this guy is a SEC QB then the coach is just wrong big time.

You don't get it! The BK makes the decisions to place a QB who has legs to run and not have to make minimal pre and reads. Just react with your legs. It's an easy out and I think it's a cheap out. BK has to be embarrassed by his choice against Auburn but still insisted to go with the same QB offense! Let him take all the loses to learn he isn't a Vince Young or Cam Newton! Those guys had pinpoint accuracy short and long!

I assume you meant Garrett Nussmeier. You can't "sit MB out" if he isn't on the team.

You haven’t the slightest clue what you’re talking about. This comment says it all.

Neither of those guys were “accurate” by any stretch of the imagination. They were supremely talented athletes. Newton and Young won with their legs, not their passing skills.

Burrow was a passer. Bryce Young is a passer. the shite some of y’all come up with on here

Granted he may not be good at picking up blitz packages....but Tennessee was creating problems without blitzes.

When I saw we were getting a geriatric from the old Slack-10 (ASU lol) I knew we were hosed. And chose this dude over Brennan?
