They said that caused a lot of fighting and killings because of people reppin their sets and hood that they were from. At the end of the documentary, the guy who produced it said he never feels safe in New Orleans and always has anxiety but when he goes out of town, he feels at peace and able to relaxed.

But the statues came down this can't be right.

Watched about 45 seconds. Some girl was complaining about the conditions at the dome or civic center or whatever. The doc tells the story of what happens when one depends on others (gov) as the provider.

The Real problem is the culture that idolizes obvious negativity and a matriarchal society where many women have multiple kids from different partners.

And rap helps create this culture but for some reason most of yall on here don’t want to believe it and love you some Snoop Dog. Fact.

White kids think it’s cool but it’s extremely destructive for black kids.

So poor, young black males not being able to live in the same neighborhood without killing each other over silly shite is the fault of the affluent?

Then maybe don’t rep your sets and kill people? Is that too hard?

It's called turf wars. It's real it happened. Corporations came in built houses. Same shite happens in other cities but in a different form. When schools in the hood are combined sometimes you get rival gangs together. Drugs guns gangs make for a big ole pot of gumbo murder. Watch the movie. Actually don't you be dumb and it might make your brain explode

How is this the fault of building buildings and not the people killing each other? They don’t have to have turf wars you fricking maniac.

If these idiot thugs are blaming whitey and gentrification for the actions of out of control black culture, then yes, it most certainly is racist to the core.

It's called "fatherless children".

It's called "paying worthless people to breed".

Try again.

Funny how all of a sudden "fault" doesn't matter when it's easily proven that black people are to blame for their own misery.

And...there it is. The answer. You want to stop gang violence...lock em all up in a confined area. Thunder dome. Rep your set. Put your hood on the map. Smoke that fool. Show em you ain't no bitch. Meanwhile...the world gets along without these animals. It's a win-win. Bonus...think of the rap music we will get from inside Thunderdome. Hardcore shite.

"Everything was cool, until you locked us in the dome, when we win the wars we coming for your home...if we can find a way out of here." Gold.
