Anyone here have Crohns disease?

The last two weeks have made me worry I might have it or something else. I’m a 34 year old male and in good shape, 5’9 165 or so. I exercise nearly daily with cardio and free weights.
Last Sunday I my intestine area was aching and I felt sick. Also had diarrhea. This lasted 2-3 days.
Yesterday, same thing. Started feeling “gut pain” yesterday and then woke up at 2:00 this morning in excruciating pain and was on the toilet diarrhea and had stomach pain. I woke up today feeling better and had solid poop.
I do OMAD Monday-Friday, but not the weekend so not sure if that contributes.
I only drink alcohol on the weekends.
I take Kratom twice a week, during the week.
Any thoughts?

Is it bloody stool or just having stomach cramping with diarrhea? Crohns is much more than just cramping and the shits.

Any other symptoms like tender spots on your lower legs, ulcers in your mouth, or extreme pain with a discharge (fistulas) around your arse?
Could be colitis or diverticulitis. You need to see a gastro Dr. Could also be gall bladder.

Thanks! None of those other symptoms

Without blood in your stool, my first thoughts would not be Crohn's or ulcerative colitis. Could be diverticulitis. You need to go see a gastroenterologist and get it figured out sooner rather than later. Diverticulitis can be serious if untreated. You don't want to have your bowel rupture and all your waste spilling out into your abdominal cavity. I've known 2 guys in the last year or so (on either end of the age spectrum - on 30ish and one 60ish) who had to have emergency surgeries for diverticulitis complications.

I have it. Things I experienced prior to diagnosis was blood in stool, malnutrition, and delayed onset of puberty. I was a 100lb 5'4'' 15 year old. I did not realize how tiny I was at the time but looking back it is kinda crazy just how small I was. I got on a biologic eventually after some serious debate between my mom and the doctor due to increase chance of developing lymphoma among young men. Anyways, I think a vast majority of crohn's patients are diagnosed in their teens to early 20's so likely not the issue for you but go see a gastro just to be sure

Yes, I presented when I was in my early 20s. It wouldn't be normal to present like that in your 30s, but it is possible.
I would see a GI doc ASAP. There's a lot of things that could be going on with those symptoms.

Try mixing in a good bit of ACV with your fasts

You can have Crohn's without bloody stool. I didn't have any bloody stool when I was diagnosed in my late teens. Go see a gastroenterologist. Try a normal balanced diet without too much fiber and stop the kratom and alcohol - see if that helps. Still make an appointment with a gastro though.

If this is only recently, you may have had a stomach virus that has just caused some lingering intestinal issues for you. I had this happened a few months back and it took 2-3 weeks for things to really right themselves.
If it continues to happen, I'd see a gastro. It may not be Crohns but could be some other gasto issues like IBS or SIBO.
