Let’s all take a deep breath and stop looking for targets of our angst.

Offense isn’t ideal, but they are not giving up. Denbrock has plenty of work with the whole package.

Side note: The D is developing into a jewel.

I hope Boutte can break out. He had a great run and hurdle on the run play to him, but it was called back for that weak new blocking rule.

Boutte deserves the criticism. He’s getting paid now

Lay off Boutte?!? Why?!?

He's supposed to be our best WR. Right now, he's playing like a scared true freshman. He has more drops than catches.

Sorry, but he deserves the criticism.

Boutte has an attitude problem, and that’s his biggest hurdle. This is twice in 4 games that he has played in that the qb has to coddle him while he pouts on the sideline. Then he’s dropping passes that are dead on the money. If he can’t get his attitude right then thank you for your service Mr Boutte.

So does that mean you are going to start jumping on Nabors, Taylor, Thomas...

Boutte up to this pont has carried half the defense with him on routes but unless he is in the slot Daniels cannot find him or anyone else playing wide out.

I am not a Boutte worshipper but he is just one of the cogs and we need him and we damn sure dont need him playing against us.

Defense is good but a jewel come on man. Auburn killed their own drives my making stupid decisions near the goal line lets be realistic.

I'd rather see a lot more of Jenkins over Boutte.

He was targeted twice, so what is he supposed to do. The drop he had would have been a 3 yard pass on 2nd and 12, not that crucial.

Then you would have calling out Jenkins last night too. He was MIA as well. The whole receiving core has been MIA and dropping balls.

Boutte is getting paid and deserves both praise and criticism when warranted.

His attitude, play on the field and general body language on the sidelines is pretty poor.

Boutte

Attitude problem. He is the epitome of amazing talent mixed with piss poor attitude which was the demise of Coach O.

There is a reason he and BK tied up in the off-season. We are seeing mere glimpses of it.

If he drops that I certainly am not throwing it to his spoiled arse on 3rd and 8 in the 4th Qtr.

Denbrock deserves criticism, but he is not what this thread is about. JD is not accurate at times but the WR have to help him out because not every throw is going to be perfect. A lot of those drops were catchable.

I agree. Boutte wasn’t on the field much. We had 80 yards passing. So he would not have done much. I think he caught a emmet to the knee early in that game too.
