Fella got caught shoving lead weights in fish. Sounds like he has been up to this for a while.

This type of cheating is pretty common with fishing. There are some big prizes.

The best was that fillet they threw in there.

Wouldn't it be pretty easy to stop this? I mean, wouldn't a simple handheld metal detector wand waved over each fish turned in be a solution?

The amount of cheating that goes on in fishing tourneys blows my mind.

I thought in fishing tournaments you had to turn the fish in alive?

A number of years back, couple old boys went into Florida and caught a bunch of big fat bass, kept them alive, brought them back and set them out for a mid level bass tourney on the local lake. At weigh in, which they would have won easily, someone noticed that species of bass wasn’t from this lake. Guess they really wanted that bass boat first prize, but all they got was banned. Humans smh

Obviously don’t cheat, but if you did, and caught in that situation, how would y’all react? Holy shite I’d feel ridiculous. I feel like I’d resort to throwing punches and then getting killed

Yea more I think about it if I’m in cheater’s shoes there I’m knocking somebody out. If I’m a go down that bad there’s at least gonna be a highlight on my end.

I'm pretty sure that's a felony in Louisiana.

Everyone knows that you inject things into the fish not out weights inside them
