The few times in the past couple of years that I have gone into a McDonalds there were many black people eating there.
Maybe that portion of their market is already a reliable customer.
Maybe the ad money is being spent to bring in NEW customers.

Pretty sure that McDonalds ONLY advertises to black people. Literally 95% of the actors in their commercials are black. McDonalds also may be the most diverse company in the world.
Byron Allen is just mad that they don’t advertise more on HIS networks.

Classic example of a shake down. McDonalds will fold and spend double of that moving forward. It will hurt business that a larger percentage of their marketing spend will have to be spent during episodes of Claws, but when you constantly kneel, you will never be able to stand.

One anagram of the "I'm loving it" slogan is "Ailing vomit"

This is 2022, there is no rule of law anymore.

Legally, no. But that never stopped a Democrat. And no one will do a damned thing to stop it.
Oh, and I forgot: that's literally fascism.

Are you as a business supposed to research ownership of an adult agency?? Geeze.

This dude is a pussy
So oppressed he owns the weather channel
McDonald’s employs way more black people than he does.

Jesus. Well this clearly doesn't have anyone's best interests in mind.
Literally just trying to focus advertise unhealthy foods to people who already have severe predispositions to weight and blood pressure problems what the frick is this shite.
Is this actually considered progressive?

frick you, Byron Allen. Tell black people not to eat shitty food.

Considering that McD’s national ad campaigns basically cater to black people, I don’t see why they need to be putting money into running ads on black owned media.
Money on advertising goes to where it is effective in hitting their target audience. These fricking shakedown morons just expect ad money to be handed to them because they’re black? (Yes, that is exactly what they think, but I’m just saying it out loud to point out the absurdity here)

Takes? Consumers are willingly giving them their money. If they don't like it, stop whining and go eat somewhere else.

They also employ a tremendous number of black people, which is more than can be said for a lot of organizations.
And kids who start as a fry clerk or counter man and bust their asses can work their way up to becoming a franchisee.

Race hustlers may be evil but they are not stupid.
The media and political zeitgeist gives them all the power and they are taking advantage of it.
This guy won't "win" the lawsuit but he will get his ultimate goal. McDonalad's is going to start spending more on advertising on his networks just to shut him up.

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau instituted a lawsuit on this against a company in Chicago.
