Good lord man, not everyone knows this. Relax and let people be happy. If someone has a question about the type of grass les miles preferred to eat, or something else that isn’t known by everyone, then we’ll call you.

I wish we would do a home and home with them. Michie stadium is awesome for a fall game. The campus and that whole area is just beautiful.

Kelly had some close games with service academies at notre dame and I believe a loss to navy

I'd rather go to the game at Army. LSU playing at West Point would definitely be a bucket list trip.

Any chance There's a reproduction of that poster for sale anywhere?

Highland Falls would double their annual alcohol sales that weekend. I’m not certain that Tiger fans would be able to get up in time to enjoy the pregame activities with a noon kick off.
It would be a great trip but logistically it would be tough. Not many hotels in the area support a fan base that travels in mass like LSU.
Geaux Army! Beat LSU!

This announcement may not be breaking news but it is confirmation especially since TN cancelled Army this year.

not everyone memorizes the schedule like a nutbag. The schedule was officially released last night. this is tigerdroppings........the most appropriate place to discuss such a topic.

Any chance of moving up LSU Salutes one week for the Army game?
No
quote:
LSU Salutes is an opportunity for the Ole War Skule to recognize and honor those who served with distinction in the Armed Forces of the United States of America, along with special guests, including all veterans and former and current cadets. It occurs each November on the Saturday of a home football game that falls nearest to Veterans Day.
Veterans Day is 11/11/23 so it will be the weekend of the Florida game.

Just think, there was a time Paul Dietzel chose West Point over LSU. While no doubt an honor (then and today) could you imagine one of the hotshot innovative coaches today leaving (1 year removed from national champion and being screwed out of one in current year) to choose a service academy?
