Best fan base out there. Playing bad to start the season and everyone dusts off their alts and starts bashing, come back against Atl and all these posters go quiet until a bad game against TB.
This is the hand the team has been dealt and Winston was the best option out there. Jimmy G is not the answer and is more of a game manager without the ability to put a team in his back

We have weapons all over the field on offense that Jameis seemingly can’t get the ball to. Jimmy G shouldn’t have to put the team on his back.

Bullshite go back and look at my post history. I made the comment that even though we won winston is still not the answer. We barely beat a bottom feeder team in Atlanta ans lost to a mid tier team today.

I don’t get your point.
Jimmy G would have costed more assets and was simply not worth it. He can game manage the loaded Niners just fine, but ultimately be what holds them back.
There aren’t a lot of great NFL QBs.

The market dried up later and they woukd have probably taken a third or 4th right before the season started.
They were gonna cut him if he didn’t agree to a restructured contract.
