I don't give a shite what people do, but I shouldn't have to suffer the smell of their shitty life choices (but that is a different discussion for a different day)

Please hold this same energy for every unpleasant smell you are likely to encounter during a gameday.

Latest stats show smoking weed is at an all time high (hehe) so get used to it.

I've spoken with a handful of people I know that went to the game. They all had an experience similar to yours. But, there is more. The behavior (language) in the stands from Southern fans was a problem too.

Curious, I was on campus from 10 in the morning until the game and in the stadium for the game and I had no issues with Southern fans nor did I see any issues in my section or where I tailgated anywhere I went other than good and cordial. There were many Southern fans in my section and in the areas I walked to and from the tailgate areas I went to and in the parking lot I parked.

I'd have zero issue going again, but hope it does not because it does us no good to play the Southern's, Nichols and Southeasterns of the world competitively.

Sounds like the same problem BR has, in general.

New Orleans & Baton Rouge is one in the same I don’t know why you expected any different. I’ll rather smell weed than alcohol & cigarettes all day.

I’d much rather schedule in-state cupcakes where the money stays in state than it going out of state. Plus, I believe LSU is required to schedule one in-state school a year.

The weed smell was terrible almost everywhere around campus

Definitely different than a normal gameday

We had quite a few Southern fans in the upper south end zone. No issues at all near me. Enjoyed the conversation with the Southern fan in front of me and got a kick out of her young son who was obviously an LSU fan. They were a delight.

What if people were smoking crack?

Ripping lines?

When does it become “different”? Curious

Clearly cocaine and crack are similar to weed.

There were people definitely ripping lines out there, like people do for every home game at LSU.

You ought to walk through a Denver neighborhood of $700,000 - $2,000,000 dollar homes sometime. Smells awful.

Times are changing for the better. Hopefully soon alcohol and tobacco will be banned from campus and replaced with cannabis. The world will be a much better place.

I think folks who are pre-disposed to have an experience will tend to see what they want to see to some extent.

I had folks telling me to wear my bullet proof vest and "I can't believe you are going" and things of that nature.

But the experience I had was nothing but good during my 12 hours on campus and I did a lot of walking around pre-game and in the stands.

It's great. People should be able to do what they want in America. It's not hurting you or anyone else.

If you are comparing weed to crack that’s like comparing coffee to moonshine you simple minded twit.

Drinking is much worse than smoking weed

It amazes me that people are unaware of this
