It isn’t Trump, …. it is the threat he represents to bring sunlight onto the corrupt establishment and expose their violations of your constitutional rights …. all the while enriching themselves at the expense of those they committed to serve. These types of shenanigans serve to birth revolutions…..

……………………..

“Republicans created the Patriot Act, the Dept of Homeland Security (DHS), and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI). The same agencies that Barack Obama later weaponized with the creation of the Dept of Justice National Security Division (DOJ-NSD).

The root issue around domestic surveillance and ultimately power & control, underlines Washington DC’s united opposition to Donald Trump.
Barack Obama and Eric Holder did not create a weaponized DOJ and FBI; the institutions were already weaponized by the Patriot Act. The Patriot Act turned the surveillance radar from pointing outwardly, to pointing inwardly, monitoring activity inside our nation. We The People were now the threat being monitored.

What President Obama and AG Eric Holder did was take the preexisting system and retool it, so the weapons of government conducting surveillance only targeted one side of the political continuum. Domestic terrorists were now defined through the prism of political opposition.

Ultimately this retooled system surfaces in 2022 with the FBI saying domestic terror threats from right-wing extremists are the biggest national security threat. This is why the Biden administration says, without pause, that Trump voters are a “threat to democracy.” The origin of that surveillance inflection point explains where we are today.”

Not my brave Senator Cassidy. That man is the George Washington of our time. And when he rocks a sweater vest he does it was finesse and aplomb. Nobody courageously scarfs down a shrimp cocktail like that hero of our era.

What are the numbers on this?

This is a simple opinion. Except for abortion, gun rights, Court justices, tax policies, handouts, open borders, criminal justice issues, regulations for industry and citizens regarding the climate, energy production, speech limits, thought crimes, socialized medicine, etc. they're, like, totally the same.

Then electing Trump again should be no big deal. Let’s do it.

Yes and no. There is an establishment-populist axis where mainstream Republicans and mainstream Authoratations both perch on the same side of the axis, opposite of the populists. However there is also an individualist-collectivist axis that the parties sit on opposite sides of. Ultimately, despite how terrible they are at fighting for it, the Republicans still believe in the idea of a federal republic (hence the name). The Authoritarians believe in a multicultural democracy(hence the name they call themselves) that is in essence nothing more than mob rule and they control the mob.

If you get a chance to be on the inside, you'd realize they don't gaf about any of that.

If I wanted you to see me as an LSU fan, would it work well if I sported a Bama jersey 5 days a week?

but look at how one of those parties is attack constitutional rights as strongly as they can

2A
court packing

This club of "republicans are just as bad" BS - and in fact, this BS is getting huge play here - doesnt take into account one party is making domestic terrorists out of Americans just because of what they say and think

You damned sure better keep that in your head as you RUSH to make sure republicans, who dont do those things, are a better choice in every conceivable way.

I find this phenomenon amazing.

One party is trying to kill you. The other just talks, BUT NOT TRYING TO KILL YOU.

Seems simple to me. Use voting to make your choice, but dont even begin to doubt the Democrat Party will try to kill you.

I find your tack nonsense.

Amen, finally a thinking adult

I cant believe the moronic line of thought that says there is no difference. A profile on who does and openly post such tripe would be of interest. Millennials maybe? They have never figured anything out yet - speaking in terms of THICK SKULLS like the OP

Would the US Supreme Court contain justices Alito, Thomas, Gosrsuch, Kavanaugh or Coney Barrett without the GOP?

The difference is that it is impossible to get anything for the good of the USA & people through the DNC. Everything that goes through the DNC is for their own acquisition of power and wealth. If it happens to work to the benefit of a few outside of their circle of influence, it is a temporary deception and coincidental.
