I do not understand how you can blame Brian Kelly

Your star WR and potential 1st round pick drops 2 TDS
Your Punt Returner muffs TWO punts
Your RT and LT struggle majority of the game against FCS transfers
Your special teams lets a field goal and extra point get blocked (He even changed the left side blocking after the first one to try and fix it and that somehow didnt fricking work)
ITS also a rebuilding year
We hired Brian Kelly when we had 39 scholarship players, he recruited the portal and brought in some guys, but these aren't the high 4-5 stars we are used to on the field right now. Hes dealing with the hand he was dealt. Its gonna take time, let him get a recruiting class or two under his belt.

The difference this year vs. years past will be when LSU comes back and wins the next few games while improving in multiple areas.

What was the game plan defensively in 3rd down?
What was the offensive game plan for the first 3 quarters?
Once you had a FG blocked how well did your adjustments work?
Those plans lead to a 2 score deficits and got a PAT, which teams have been kicking for like 4 freaking decades, blocked.

There are 6 teams in the country with more 4/5 stars on their teams than LSU.
Are we deficient on the OL? Absolutely. But people are defending the coaching as if Vandy were more talented than this team.
