Serious question for woke progressives. Bet I don’t get one serious intelligent response.

Watching Serena Williams last night I was wondering how the sports world and everyone else would have reacted if Rafael Nadal suddenly decided to identify as female and wanted to enter the women’s tennis circuit.
He would win every single match in straight sets and probably not lose one game in doing so.
Would everyone be okay with that?
Would he be denied entry into the women’s circuit by the ATP? And if so would the woke freak out and cancel the ATP and professional tennis.
I asked this question awhile back and couldn’t get a single decent response.
If I’m at a restaurant and need to use the restroom and the men’s room is full and I really need to go, can I just suddenly identify as female and go into the women’s restroom if it isn’t full and if there and young girls in there under age 12 is that still okay?
If it’s not okay can you explain why I can’t do that?
Does paperwork need to be filled out first and be approved by some authority before being allowed to identify as a different gender?
Is there a limit on how many times I can identify as a different gender? I might decide to switch back and forth between genders 10 times in one day. Is that allowed? If not, what is the limit on how often I can change?
Is there like an employee handbook when it comes to gender identification? Are there guidelines and rules?
If I commit a crime and am sentenced to prison can I identify as female and go to a women’s prison. If not explain why.
If our justice system won’t allow me to pick a gender prison of my choosing why isn’t there protests in the streets over our transphobic justice system?
Please answer SPECIFICALLY to each question I have posed here. Don’t take the typical angry, leftist response of me being transphobic, racist, homophobe, etc.
Just be intelligent for one fleeting moment in your mentally disturbed fricked up world and answer calmly, intelligently, and reasonably the questions I have put forth.

They still can’t answer, but you should limit yourself to asking one question. Anything more hurts their brains trying to remember which “diversity” groups to avoid offending in a reply

Geekboy, you are logically correct and I salute you for it. But the Progressives don’t operate on logic. They call that a construct of the white male patriarchal society.
It’s all about the feels for them, and pure power politics. They’ll switch opinions when their collective hive mind tells them to. If it’s politically expedient to accept Nadal as a woman, the collective hive mind will tell them to do so, and they will. If not, they won’t.
That’s why you won’t get any responses from the left. They haven’t been told how to think on the topic yet.

Your first question is legit, and a great example to underscore the silliness of this.
Your second question is not so much. Their point with which I disagree, is that those former men, who identify as women, actually ARE women. You pretending to identify as a women is clearly not the same. These people would actually have “female” on their drivers licenses, goofy as that is.

Renee Richards went on the female pro tour. He was an aging amateur so did not dominate but made more money as a woman than he ever did as a man. No one applauded his groundbreaking efforts.
It wasn't just 'identifying' since he had some surgery done but can't remember how much.

I’m not someone who would consider myself woke, but I am left of center. I am not going to go one by one with your questions as they seem to all be operating under a common presumption that people who are trans simply, on a lark, decide they are the opposite gender. Perhaps that is true for a small minority, but any stories I have ever heard of involve a very long process of their coming to terms with it themselves, then with those close to them, and then to others. It’s not something to be done because the bathroom you need is full. But I’ll bet you we’re already aware of that and just wanted to post this.

Part of the problem is laws and rules are for the most part made for people without good intent. If people followed the intent of rules all you would need is the Ten Commandments. Keeping the creeps and child molesters out of a girls bathroom/locker room is worth the inconvenience of the extreme minority it effects.
Having a separate bathroom for trans/ everyone is an option but it opens other problems.
If I was being sent to Angola (the prison) I would consider a wig. The knife anywhere down there is out.

I Had a serious discussion at the pickleball courts today. A guy made a statement that Serena is a shadow of her former self and that Serena in her prime would have beaten half the men's pros.
I disagreed, and said Serena at her best would not take more than a couple of games from ANY of the pros in the men's field. One guy in took offense to that, as if I had just passed on the entire population of women...

I can guarantee they would not because it would be a famous black woman athlete getting cheated. And they’d have a great explanation why it’s different.
