Duquesne will get their rematch in the BCS playoffs. You’re lucky you caught them on an off night. No one wants to run into them at the end of the year.
That #1 offensive showing was impressive….but the defense may have struggled a bit. Over a hundred D1 defenses gave up 0 yards in week 1, so I’m not sure how that defense is ranked #1?
Also, Northwestern is the #1 ranked team in Ireland….so they may have had a better opening weekend.
