Does anyone realize Trump having classified docs not illegal?

Any living former president still gets briefs, has Secret Service protection, and likely knows much about very sensitive and classified information. The fact that this issue with Trump has NEVER been or is a non issue with any other former Potus except Nixon should be a key point for any Thinking American. Trump nailed it by calling this among all The outrageous attacks against him while running for President, serving as President and now former President witch-hunts! The President can look at any top secret anything he wants and yes when he leaves things should be secured but it is a disgrace the discrimination in the treatment of Trump compared to all our other former Presidents. I guess the elite powers that be don’t like a president represented the people instead of raining over the people and controlling them as slaves???

Not only that, but the broad latitude granted in the presidential records act allows him sole discretion to determine what he wants to be a personal record - and thus keep.

In terms of the “concept of America,” or “American ideals,” both being two of the most renowned concepts in modern history not only in America, but worldwide…..this Presidential raid was one of the worst attacks in our history.

As I was saying , before you interrupted me for the umptenth time, Trump had nuclear documents that are 100% classified and was going to share them with his BFF Putin.
He pocketed donations from his Stop the Steal campaign and bought protection for himself and his family as they give our secrets with Russia.
He needs to be in jail for everything he has done.
Charlottesville, Covid, Mara largo golf when he’s suppose to be working, impeachment x2 and if that wasn’t enough he incited an “erection” on January 6th.
He’s racist, fascist, transphobic, xenophobic, overdress fish, gets two scoops and is a fat McDonald’s loving bigot that would sell us out to the highest bidder. We’ve NEVER had a president that had such serious foreign interference and obvious multiple deals with foreign nations to enrich himself and his corrupt family.
I hope you election deniers wake up and realize Biden is having to clean up all Trump’s mess like the economy and judges and has us roaring back to pre Trump times.

I think the post is bad towards Trump and us Trump guys. Which would normally cause me to go hands on, but I’m slightly gun shy on shooting out a brassy reply. This is because traditionally the current President authorizes a clearance for each former President, as a courtesy. Not because of a law saying it must be so.
Unfortunately for our current fPOTUS, Biden considered him too great of a security risk and did not extend a clearance to him post 1/20. So he has the same rights to see classified information as any private citizen without a clearance - i.e. none.
