Jury awards Kobe Bryant’s widow $16M in civil trial over crash scene photos

Vanessa Bryant had to leave the courtroom in tears when witnesses were questioned about whether photos revealed any bodies of the children at the scene. However, one witness said he saw what was said to be Kobe’s torso in the photos.
Completely fcked up situation for her and the loved ones of the other crash victims.

Personally, I don’t understand why anyone would want to relive that trauma from sitting in the courtroom reliving those graphic details.

Some people will bitch that she shouldn’t gain financially.

Should be addressed. Period. Luckily she has the means to do it and also managed to help another family in the process with the same civil suit.

They probably didn't even know who the victims were when they took the photos. Which makes it worse in my opinion. They're supposed to be professionals.

Hey she has a right to stand up for her family regardless .

They played a clip from his memorial where she said Kobe was the best husband in the world. I think she means his money was. He pretty publicly banged a chick. Something the best husband in the world probably doesn’t do.
