This is a student housing complex that is explicitly and demonstrably denying tenets based solely on their skin pigmentation.
If only there were some sort of law against this sort of thing...

In an effort to combat racism, they commit racism!!!! Or, maybe they believe all white people should pay for slavery committed many generations in past.
It's all insanity. Hopefully someone sues and fights back. Our country needs to push back on this insanity. We are not obliged to partake in their illogical, delusional world. It's ok to hurt their feelings and tell em they are wrong, stupid, and need to wake the frick up.

No such thing as reverse racism, brother.. it's just plain old racism.
They can sue, but think about the location. From the top down, they are woke. A lawsuit would be dismissed. Or even worse, the person would get countersued and accused of being a bigot who committed a hate crime by suing them in the first place.
