I became Mr. Mom today (again)

If you don’t know, I work shift work, which allows me to do my garage sales, etc., so I’m home a lot during the weekdays.
MrsAntiqueTiger retired seven years ago from the state at the age of 49 years old. She’s been collecting her retirement since.
Well, now that our daughters are older, they are super expensive. One at LSU as a freshman, other in HS, just got a car.
My wife decided to go back to work. She got a great job at a major firm in BR (no billboards or commercials for that firm).
That leaves me as Mr. Mom again.
I enjoy doing house chores. For the last seven years, MrsAntiqueTiger would not let me do anything inside besides cook because we both enjoy cooking. That was her job, she would get mad if I did it. I only did outside work.
We had a busy weekend moving my oldest into her dorm, so the housework was lagging today.
Without sounding sexist, housework is easy as shite. Sit here and clean the kitchen or fold laundry while watching a movie.
I did some shopping and now cooking dinner, pinto beans and pulled pork quesadillas.
All those libs saying being a mom is the toughest job in the world. If you can do your job in pajamas, it can’t be that hard.
Today, I did grocery shopping, cooking dinner, cleaned the stove, cleaned the bathroom, did four loads of laundry (including folding), cut the backyard, and ran the weed eater around the entire yard.
And FU, no pics of my daughters or wife.

More like the old musty stank of death and old people rot from his collecting junk.

No, but we are willing to learn. Is there a special school we can go to?

Try being a redhead and doing roofing in the summer.

Sounds like you’re living the life.
I want to do this one day but I know I would end up neglecting the chores to play golf all day

Now, I’m still working, but I only work 3-4 days a week. As far as golf (or hitting estate sales, etc), once housework is done, it’s done. You do some deep cleaning one day, all you gotta do is touch up for the week or so, leaving plenty of extra time.

I saw that Bill Burr bit too!
But honestly it's not a tough job but if dad is away from home most of the day, it's still a very important job even if it's not difficult or physically demanding.

What I like most about your house(s) is how you have the 2 trailers with another trailer with the ends cut off connecting the two. That and all the pogs.

Sorry, I just wouldn't be able to do this. I would tell the wife to hire a maid and I'm going golfing. I don't even think I will be able to retire one day. I know after three weeks of golfing, I would get tired of that too
