The Miami deal fell through.

The glamorous tv deal he thought he was getting……not so much.

He’s sorry he “retired”.

Do you take him back?

He had a good run. Made it to the Super Bowl ONCE, missed out on many opportunities after the 2009 season. It was time for a change. I don't understand how some on the this board were willing to keep him around forever. Bruce Arians, Andy Reid, etc left winning programs and moved on to another team and won a Super Bowl. I don't think it was ever going to happen again under CSP.

If he wanted to come back yes you take him back. No offense to DA but Sean has a mind for football that few possess. Unfortunately he’s also got a big ego and now a pretty young wife who wants the bright lights of a new big city so Sean will coaching elsewhere. I hope one day the entire true story of what happened comes out because the way he left was a slap in the face to Saints fans after being as loyal to the team and city as any coach ever has. Now all that’s left to be done is getting proper value in return for him. 2 first round picks should be the goal but I would take a 1st and 2nd.

I’ll never understand the amount of disdain for the truth on this board.

nah, the 1st round draft pick(s) we can get trading him are much more valuable, as we look for our next franchise QB in the coming years, to us at this point than he would be, especially since he doesn't have that franchise QB in house to work with...

And you only believe what CNN tells you cuck

Most agree that Payton is a bitch for leaving and tarnished his legacy; he’s simply living rent free in Gravy’s head

You have run out of dead horses to beat. The herd is gone. Just like Sean is gone. He represents nothing to us but potential draft pick/s and cash. Please accept the fact that he left and Mrs. Benson and the staff and the team and 99.9% of the conscious public have accepted this and have chosen to move on. You can count on me to try to help you to move on. I am here for you.

I’m not sure you understand where I’m coming from.

I am very happy that he is gone and wish he would have been gone before.

All Ido is post facts and what I think the fan base would be interested in

I would think most Saints would at least be interested in the fact that payton is not happy with his low level tv position

And would love to come back to the Saints.

I would personally tell him to go frick himself.

I was just wondering what other Saints fans would think.

Report me to the mods and ask them if my posts are not legitimate if you like.

P.S.

Posters that put the laughing face after their nonsensical posts are just silly and disingenuous.

All I’m doing is posting factual info Proximo.

You don’t think it’s at the very least interesting that he wants to come back now?

After his shitshow retirement bullshite?

Thats real shitty business to give the guy a job and booting him because the old guy came back.

From all indications DA had other interviews lined up. Chicago specifically.

Dont have anything against Sean. Said many times he has earned the right to do whatever. This would be super shitty on Seans part and the organization. Which i doubt either would even consider anyway

CSP is never coming back to NOLA. His new wife does not feel safe in NOLA and she does not fit in with the local culture. She is from West Va, where they talk like they do in Dallas.

If CSP is hired by Dallas, IMHO, Brees will be on the coaching staff. That Bromance will never die, and, it cost the Saints the services of Tom Brady.

Nah, he’s mad that Orgeron didn’t get Nielsen. It’s so weird how obsessed he is over that. The day it happened he made like 30 threads on this board crying about it.

Please show your source that says Payton wants back since you are only saying “factual” things.
