A dispute over National Archive documents calls for a politically motivated FBI raid on a former President and soon to be Presidential candidate. Man what a miscalculation on their end.

What an absolute gift to the Trump campaign. The biggest loser in all of this is the Republican primary field.

They tried to get EVERY single document under the Trump presidency. Talk about fishing expedition.

So The Guardian claims he’s “under investigation”, Newsmaxx says they’re “looking to charge”.
Anything more official than this, or still mostly speculation?

Garland had best find something actually damning or else manufacture it, otherwise there should be shitloads of FBI officials heading to jail over this (including Garland himself).

"CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES:

ARTICLE. II.

SECTION.1.

...

No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States."

Nowhere in the constitution does it mention that congress can add additional requirements, or that it is necessary to please the democrats.
