Where is the IRS gonna find 87k ppl to hire?

I haven’t been to an establishment In months that wasn’t hiring. From grocery stores to dealerships to quick lube places everyone is hiring and ppl don’t or won’t work. How the hell are they gonna come up with 87k ppl to hire?
