Best Hotel to stay in the night before a game?

Looks to be in walking distance,

Stayed there before. It’s not a bad walk and you will pass Walk Ons. Really nice hotel.

Hyatt is definitely the easiest, but really anywhere on the dome side of canal is fine to me. I like staying in the warehouse district as well.

jost booked the Hampton Inn (French Quarter area). Its on the dome side on canal and has good google reviews

The Hyatt used to be even better when you literally walked straight over a skybridge to the stadium.

The Hyatt is going to be orca I’m sure.
Right down Poydras is is a Drury Inn and some other good hotels

These were the days. Would go and listen to Buddy D in the entrance way inside before every game.

My favorite was homewood. The game I stayed, they opened a keg and some wine for guests

If you're leaving after the game, I'd stay away from poydras. If you staying though, I love poydras for games.

It’s like a ten minute walk so easy to do in the summer

Hyatt is the closest. It used to be connected to the dome by a walkway before they built Champion’s Square.

Then there is La Pavillion.
