Alex Jones trial is crazy

I’m not going to go into everything from the past two weeks, but today was especially nuts.
The attorneys for Alex Jones accidentally sent the entire digital record of Jones’ cell phone to the plaintiff attorneys. When notified about this the defense did not attempt to have that record sequestered as privileged. This revealed that Jones perjured himself during depositions.
Now the DOJ may subpoena these digital records which include all of Jones’ text for the past 2-3 years in relation to the events of January 6.
Just fricking wow. Jones has the worst attorneys in history, the ones he has fired and the ones working the case now are idiots.

The worst part is being made aware of it by the other side (so the other side did their ethical duty) and then not doing anything to assert privilege over those records.
It doesn't take a high dollar attorney to know that if you accidentally send something like that, and the other side informs you of it, that you have to take swift action to protect the information.

And Jones perjured himself because in depositions he said he hadn’t sent texts about Sandy Hook..?
That seems a bit weak, doesn’t it? The video I saw was a bit confusing to me so I might be way off.

I don’t think that was quite it, but I didn’t catch the message content. I assume the texts were more internal, like how they were going to cover their asses.
Jones is a dope. He was on his show bad mouthing the judge this week while the Sandy Hook parents were on the witness stand. His narcissism won’t allow to just stfu when it’s to his benefit to do so.

it shows his attorneys were either bribed or extorted to tank him for good and now he will go to jail
Alex Jones is an idiot, but he speaks too much truth for the deep state not to go after him. why he would intentionally perjure himself is just beyond stupid, but he does so much stupid shite its par for the course with him

In the part I watched, that was genuinely it.
The prosecution moved directly into questions about whether or not Jones used email or email to talk about Sandy Hook.
Jones said he doesn’t use it.
The prosecution showed that Jones once sent an email, that might not have even been him, that was completely unrelated to Sandy Hook.

Or what if there is something Alex Jones wants revealed, or released, that he doesn't want coming directly from himself?
That's gonna have info of him, but also those he was directly conversing with.

This is a civil case. The only way he goes to jail is if there’s some bad stuff in the text records that is used in the J6 investigations.

Most of them have illustrated similar levels of competence. I think he is currently suing Bobby Barnes, but Barnes is still coming on the show. It’s weird.

A lot of that is on Jones as well. The default judgement against him was directly related to his antics during discovery and depositions. This portion of the trial is all about award for the plaintiffs.
He’s got another trial coming up in Connecticut.
…and the J6 stuff.
