Brandon Harris could throw a pretty deep ball. If he had a clean pocket and decided to pull the trigger which was rare.

Jefferson had a better deep ball than Jennings. As someone else mentioned up thread, though, Brandon Harris had the best deep ball out of that whole era of QBs. He could freaking chuck it.
