The Biden deep fake back to back

OK, so something is terribly wrong. Here is the back to back video of Biden in the same fricking day where he’s wearing a different suit, shirt, and tie from “earlier in the day”: Twitter
And now look at him in these pictures where his hair additionally is parted in a different direction:
And now here’s another angle that gets very close to his eyes, and notice how his face moves but his eyes do not move with it and are slightly bouncing around relative to his face: Twitter
This is no doubt a deep fake. The question now is who is actually running the country? Scary shite.

Yeah, I don't usually fall for this fake President stuff but that was straight up CGI or a really bad makeup job. It doesn't even sound like him.

Computer scientists are getting really good at these deep fake videos but they have not perfected it yet. I suppose if they spent more time editing pixels they could get it perfect but they are probably up against the clock to get the video out and couldn't spend more time on it.

it was somewhat mostly decided yesterday they ran three different takes and 3 quick videos all put together.

How exactly does this work? How did they find someone who looks and speaks nearly identical to him? If they have a second Joe Biden why not at least make him sound somewhat coherent?
