What's even more amazing is how dishonest she was. She obviously had no clue what kind of doctor Jill Biden was, so why mislead your audience like that? Even if Jill was a medical doctor, who cured cancer, that would have no bearing on Joe's dim prospects as President. It's just gratuitous lying.

This is a part of the commissioned officers corp in the health services... I think it is BS but I have heard arguments that the uniforms make the public trust them more...
