What will Louisiana look like in 100 years?

It is the year 2122. What does Louisiana look like? What does the population look like? Will it be a wasteland occupied by Mad Max characters? Will it be a dystopian hell scape? How much of the state will have eroded by that point?

My only hope is that the South Louisiana types have enough of us from North Louisiana and cut off the Northern half of the state. Then we can either form a new small state or merge with a more successful one.
