Joe may be promising the one trillion by 2030 but keep in mind that’s the inflation dollars he’s talking about. One trillion in Venezuela or some African countries right now barely buys you a chicken

You do realize that biden can’t do that on his own. He would need congressional approval and the is no way he gets 60 votes in the Senate to do this

Take a look at the failed states surround Iran: Iraq, Libya, Afghanistan. Seems if you have a policy that is contrary to American foreign policy, obtaining a nuclear weapon would be a high priority? 
I also like the people that think we should dictate terms like this to sovereign nations. Can you imagine Canada sanctioning us over our military budget or defense research? It’s absurd.
