Yes, and that tendency began when Mane was still on the squad.

This needs to be the last season TAA plays right back. Move him to right outside midfielder and make Joe Gomez the starter. We get younger in the midfield and pull out our worst defender. Definitely need to sign another midfielder this offseason.

Milner starting at right back with Elliot covering him in the midfield. I want off of this ride.

With Gomez next to them.

Better bring plenty of lube today.

Whats the record for most goals in a match? Haaland may get it today.

Yes, I'll eat my crow. But the chance of all three looking good defensively (and Milner had some bad moments) seems extremely low. However, we played hard, no one was really loafing, etc.

All in all, it was a good performance, but with a certain amount of luck. We should have scored at least 2, but we also could (or should) have let a few in. Typical Pool/City match in that regards.

Fingers crossed Jota isn't out long.

Yep. Crow eating here too. Milner and Gomez stepped up massively. Gomez looking like 2018/19 Gomez, hopefully he can keep that up. Hell of a match yesterday. I’m still pissed at Taylor and the idiot lineman for letting Mo get mugged by that rat Silva. Worthy red card for Klopp. Mo gets fouled so much and gets so few calls it’s insane.
