Someone, or some organization, is trying to muddy the waters to discredit and distract, or just good old fashioned clickbait for $$. The news site the screenshot in the OP is from is A News, which appears to be a Turkish news site or blog, for whatever that is worth.

it's hard to trust a 4chan leak given their propensity to allow child porn, frick with people, and fake photos...
people always talk about not trusting anonymous sources but here we are talking about a 4chan post that got picked up by a turkish blog.
with that said if it's real, don't really care what happens to him. make it bad and if they find real evidence on joe go ahead and lock that creepy frick up too.

Remember, we will now fight like Democrats: Post the photo to every Social Media platform you can, pass it on to everyone you know and proclaim it to be an authentic photo of Hunter Biden and a group of kids.

This has already happened with that pic. I’ve heard it mentioned on media. Snopes already discredited it (not that they matter). Just gives media ammo to say it’s all no big deal and fake.
Meanwhile, more emails acknowledging and proving Joe knew business dealings have come out and those are swept under the table.
Even the Pedo Pete thing is a distraction (given that was actually Natalie that had that name in there for herself) as the timing matches when it was her iPad AND it literally was her contact name.
Also stupid people not realizing Hallie has a son named Hunter that often appears in texts.
Anyway..I’ve seen much of the hard drives, iCloud, iPhone. Hunter is trashy but still nothing has been put forward proving him as pedo. Plenty tying him to China and Ukraine dealings that are certainly involved Joe.
With now thousands having these drives, you can trust images and videos would have made their way out.

This is the one statement that makes sense.
AND the reason it is not being covered by the "media" - is that this exact scenario is on film with many other 'big names' amongst our 'leadership' circles - from politics to media to big tech to big finance.
probably not too many plumbers, engineers, grocery store clerks, etc have made it to this status yet.
eta - apparently this particular photo has origins other than Hunter's laptop. But - the scenario of China/Russia/Ukraine? having this kind of incriminating blackmail is still the biggest guess I can come up with to describe the overwhelming dystopia in the media/public relations/political arenas we are witnessing in the past ten years.

I mean it was posted originally almost a year before the Trump-Biden election and before Hunter Biden was a Klaus Schwab-level echo chamber meme. It's very possible it's being recirculated genuinely to push other echo chamber memes.
