Once again I will remind everyone that it is the Sergeants and Chief Petty officers that run our military forces.
These are the people who would refuel (or not) her plane and load (or not load) her plane with ordinance.
Her flight leader should have a very stern talk with her.
When I was in the Army that sort of talk would get you sent to the base hospital to have a talk with the pysch officer before discharge.
