How many New Iberia haircuts can $2 million buy? Is it mandatory if you buy this house?

Yeah, it's total shite without a moat. I mean, what is this mansion for anyway? People that don't need a moat?
That's bullshite

I see two, maybe three turrets. No moats.
Would not even show up in my Zillow search.
Filter 8 bedroom/6 bath/4 turret/1 moat.
Poors.

It’s fricking ugly. If I’m spending $2million on a house, I’d at least hire a competent architect.

I’d live in a desirable location.

The corrugated camper cover off to the right is a nice touch.
Very classy.

Nope, but it's got an in-house beauty salon and a hell of a pool with a grotto.
But you'd have to live in NI and get that stupid haircut to fit in-----I'm out.

The back of that house and the pool area is totally legit.

It's a big house but not completely insane. If you have a big family and make your money in the area, why not? The architecture does seem like someone who took a European vacation and wanted to have that at home. Not the best design but whatever his wife wants I guess.

It’s good to see Mr.Clean back on his feet

Proximity to the old Kingfish is driving that price up.

Nothing says white trash better than a fake rock slide/grotto.

I've seen some like that in Texas Hill Country listings.
Mediterranean finally started dying out in cities and suburbs a decade or so ago, but moved to smaller towns or rural areas when yuppies got older and moved out to acreage sites to build even larger Mediterranean villas.
Eta, don't wanna know what kind of action that love grotto has seen.
