I was outbid by $325,000 on 100 acres recently. It was listed at $500,000 and it sold for 1.2 million. It wasn’t purchased by an individual. You tell me who bought it and why they would spend that much on land in BFE WNC.

There was a time prior to China’s buying off the US Corporatocracy (when China was allowed into the WTO) this shite would have been heavily scrutinized and most likely prohibited…..not anymore. The CCP probably got a good deal from Bill Gates.
