The whole diseased temple is coming down on their miserable heads and they literally can't even at the prospect.

And Kagan is correct, most of the acts and powers stolen by the Fed Gov is unconstitutional.

I think this potential ruling is more important than Dobbs ever could be. Reining in unelected bureaucrats is paramount in sending power back to the people, and it forces Congress to do their damn job.

Notice how homeboy's all about the law... and not about the Constitution. Quite telling.

For all the fuss about Roe this decision is actually much bigger. The three letter agencies have functioned as a 4th branch of government for too long.

I am looking forward to the next meltdown. Please rule in favor of West Virginia.

He fails to understand how far reaching the fed gov has become and never was meant to be that way. The supreme court hopefully can reel it in some.

Agreed. Culling of an out of control bureaucracy is a necessary step in restoring our republic.

The SES is a terrorist organization, IMO.

I like the sound of "most of the government is unconstitutional"...

SCOTUS may come close to balancing the budget, lol...

Maybe I am more libertarian than I thought, but I'm all for less federal gov't weighing in on these topics the last 30 years. I'm more for letting the people vote in officials/ideas to their respective State and the people can decide.

I don't need the Federal Gov't telling me who/who cannot bake a cake for someone. Let the people decide.

This is more important than the abortion decision, to me. I know that sentiment won't be shared.

The 4th Branch of Government has to be reined in, significantly.

This.

Congress has foisted off all of the hard decisions onto the Executive Branch's federal agencies. Congress does this so that they can get re-elected by staying away from many of the most controversial issues.

It would be good for our Republic if SCOTUS would end this Unconstitutional "foisting off".

Ohh no. What will we do if the CDC and teachers union can't pull more policy dictates out of their arse?

Switching out their pro-Ukraine flag for Save Roe, than to Clean Air will likely eat up most of their day. It is complicated to switch all your social media accounts and takes time.

No kidding. Remember last Thursday when they were up in arms about gun control. Then 24hrs later their world imploded over Roe v Wade and gun control didn't even matter anymore.

I remember it like it was only a few days ago.
