He voted with the majority to uphold the main premise of Dobbs (the Mississippi 15-week limit), so that part was 6-3.
But on overturning Roe/Casey completely he sided with the liberals, so that part was 5-4.

I'm sure plenty of states have abortion laws on the books from before Roe. Wisconsin does and it's from 1849.
