In BR, Friday night before a FB game (for a class reunion). I know Mike Andersons has a room for such events. Where else around LSU would be an option? Doesn't have to be a private room, but not sure if any establishments would be willing to sacrifice the space on a Friday night. Any ideas?

Who's LSU playing Saturday? You think Kelly has the guys ready to go?

We did something similar at Phil's Oyster Bar some years ago in a side room. I don't recall how many people we had, but it worked out well.

Yep. We rented this out before. It was pretty nice. Highland location.
I don't remember exactly how many we had but I think about 30 but it could have handled more.

Ruffinos did my rehearsal dinner. Good sized room requires contract.

This is for Highland location — Superior can do a small or a large room. Small fits 20 people at 1 long table or 25 people at smaller tables of 5.
The large fits 40 people at 1 long table and 50 with small tables.
Sunday-Wednesday the small room is $500 and the large is $1000. Thursday-Saturday the small is $700 and large is $1400.
There’s no rental fee or deposit, that’s just what needs to be spent on food and drinks. Tax and gratuity not included. If you don’t meet the minimum, you can take home bottles of wine, gallons of margs, or food to make up the difference but most people meet it no problem.
They can do separate checks also so you aren’t obligated to cover the entire bill.
^ All of that said, I’ve always envisioned a class reunion as more mingling than a seated type of deal. Earls might actually be great option.
