Does anyone else feel college baseball is far superior product to MLB?

I try every year to love MLB, but I just can't. I can't get in to it. I love watching the game more than I ever did playing, but it's such a boring affair with these guys. Very little emotion until about game 145.
Now I love attending MLB games because of the pure absurdity of the parks, food, merchandise, etc. I'm good for about 6-7 innings.
College baseball on the other hand. When I had less responsibilities, I'd sit all day in the sun watching regional games. Crap teams, inbetween. I didn't miss one.
Even in this world of NIL, College Baseball seems relatively untouched. There's still broad parity. Maybe the obscurity helps preserve it. I'm not sure.
There's still a pure love for the game that's rarely seems to be found in the professional ranks. I'll stop waxing on now...maybe this is just one man's obscure opinion but its far more enjoyable.

I mean it’s certainly not better baseball than MLB. I enjoy it more though, it’s a more exciting game imo.

This is all you had to say.

Well on this board are a bunch of LSU fans who saw the GOAT decade of college baseball… I imagine up north they like MLB more and don’t understand why we watch this.
And to be fair if we had MLB in the SEC we’d be watching that too. College ball got big because there is no mlb in LA, AR, and Ms

Agreed. Perfection doesn't always mean the more enjoyable.

It's " amateur " baseball with weak links in a lineup that MLB just doesn't have. The absolute worst MLB franchise will crush a CWS champion with regularity.

MLB players are obviously more talented but college baseball is much more fun to watch than the 3 true outcomes snoozefest

I’m with you, man. Like someone else said above, MLB is obviously better baseball. That’s to be expected since it’s professional. But it’s not easy to get excited about anything until post season for me either. Too many games. College is more exciting just because regular season games and series carry more weight than they do in MLB.

Certainly more passion and big game feel in the regular season. Plus it’s cool rooting for the guys who know this is their peak. The ones who won’t be pros and relish the opportunity to play college ball.
But the level of play in MLB is SO much better.
I like both.

College pitching and umpiring is hard to watch at times.
I will say that the parity of college makes for some very wild games that are fun to watch thoufh.

It might have been before they juiced the balls. 13-8 slugfests with 7 home runs is tedious and the games take forever.

MLB is far superior to college ball.

I like it more yeah. It's definitely more exciting than MLB.

No. There is nothing like playoff MLB baseball.

The pitching and umpiring make college baseball close to unwatchable for me.
I don’t think I would ever choose watching a Tennessee game over a Braves game.
One thing both levels have in common, at least for me, is that I have a very difficult time watching games that don’t involve my team.
