Arts District in the warehouse district. Seems pretty safe. Walked home from Emeril's tonight and the doorman at the Condo was doing well except that his celtics were losing

Lets be honest. Its in a nicer area and worth more than 99% of the OT homesteads.

But it’s in Nola. That’s like being the tallest midget.

Old Metairie, if you can afford it is the obvious answer.

On a boat anchored in the river near the zoo.

And yet, crime would somehow find me.

Right where we have a place now by the fairgrounds, can walk to Liuzza's, Cafe Degas, Canseco's, Terranovas and Bayou St John

Lake Vista can’t be beat. It’s like a beautiful island protected by the Lake on the northside and Lakeview and shitty park on the other sides. Northern portions didn’t even flood during Katrina.

Uptown or old Metairie. In East Jeff, I’m also fond of Harahan, and Gretna in West Jeff.

I used to like mid city/Bayou St. John alot, but it’s felt extra sketchy lately.

Despite the city’s problems, I still dream of owning a house near Audubon Park where I could walk to St. Charles or to Magazine Street.

"Kirkham was hired by Inside Edition as an anchor, where he interviewed celebrities like James Brown and Chuck Norris. At one point during this stint, Kirkham interviewed then-president George H.W. Bush on drug abuse while high"

Midcity - High functioning drug addicts. Sure.
