This can be a really good add for them.
The Houston Rockets are finalizing a deal to trade Christian Wood to the Dallas Mavericks, sources tell @TheAthletic @Stadium.
Dallas is acquiring Christian Wood from Houston and sending the No. 26 overall pick to the Rockets, along with multiple players, sources said.

4 guys on expiring deals and a very late 1st for a guy who can be an offensive threat next to Luka. The main problem for them is the guaranteed money on Wood’s deal if he doesn’t work out.

I agree that he is a good offensive talent to put around Luka, but word is he just causes locker room issues everywhere he's been.

Wood’s a scorer who plays little D and has a shitty attitude from what I’ve seen of him in New Orleans and elsewhere.

His # were outstanding. when harden leaves a franchise it is a lot like when Bron does. They only win about 20 games.
