How much of your 401k has shrunk since this idiot took over?

I have lost more than that in a day.

There was a day last week that I lost $26k. I'm down nearly $250k this year. Today was good.

This. I’m very happy I’m not close to retiring right now.

I’m 42. I don’t even look because it is pointless. I will simply continue to max my 401k, Roth, and HSA every year and hope for the best. It’s pretty much all I can do at my age.

I cleaned mine out in October. It wasn’t hard to see this coming.

I’m old, so couldn’t afford to ride it out.

I'm down around $60,000 which is very small, percentage wise. Both my financial adviser (he's with Raymond James) and I saw this coming, and did the best we could to prepare for it.

I'm only 83, but Into fairly conservative investments since Brandon took over.

Total investments down $220,000. Somewhat offset by a rise in real estate. (Not that I expect that to last).

About 130,000. Still fairly young so trying to be positive and think of it as a buying opportunity.

It’s bad, real bad. I can’t even make short money on TDA right now! I have 3 401K,s and I moved all the money into the lowest risk options for this downward spiral but I had already lost well over 6 figures somewhere between the 2-4 range.

I bought a lot of gold bullion back in the nineties and it’s the only thing and real estate that’s made the gains needed for retirement.

I’m sure the state will grab all that when they can figure out how to tell who’s holding more than jewelry.

Too much. Waiting for the day this jackass gets out of office and I can double the amount I put in.

While being down 26k hurts, mine has taken a 150k hit.

I am in too deep and at my age, all that I can do is weather the storm.

While Biden may not be the worse President the history of our country (perhaps James Buchanan), I venture to say this is by far the most incompetent administration ever. From the VP, to Mayor Pete, to Yellen .. they are all worthless.

But hey, no more mean tweets.

Down a little over 100k in balance, but it's more than that because I've been buying in with employer match the whole time.

This might seem like I’m joking, but if I round off to the nearest K, I have lost about 401K. Fortunately, I still have 7 digits.
