They’re not anarchist.
They are neck bearded antifa clowns who have zero historical education of what actual fascism is and believe anyone to the right of Karl Marx is a fascist.

Abortion violates the NAP of the fetus. If you didn't want to get pregnant you shouldn't've had sex or you should have used a condom or birth control or done anal. Everybody knows that sex is used for procreation

It’s not that clean cut. Abortion is arguably the most contentious debate within the libertarian community (environmental issues likely being second). The theoretical discussion regarding when someone reaches certain milestones of personhood (which goes on long after birth) is extremely fricking squishy.

Don’t anarchist believe in no form of rules, regulations, government? I would guess they would be very much opposed to government setting rules outlawing abortions.

You have the right to believe this. But that doesn’t make it a constitutionally protected right. The constitution doesn’t say anything about it. Thus, per the 10th Amendment, the power to decide resides with the people and the states.
ETA: you can downvote it all you want. But what you can’t do is refute it. I know it. You know it. And it makes you mad.
