If South Carolina republicans want to hit Mitch McConnell and his toady Nikki Haley, then get rid of Nancy Mace.
Katie Arrington won the last straw poll in Nancy Mace’s home county of Berkeley last weekend (76% Arrington, 17% Mace). In part the straw vote difference is driven because Mace is a country club elitist who isn’t interested in the voters, she’s all about the club benefits. Meanwhile Arrington is driven by the people.
The scale of money being assembled on behalf of Mace tells you everything you need to know about who is trying to join Nikki Haley in defeating MAGA. “a POLITICO review of federal campaign finance records shows at least 335 donors to Mace’s campaign who have previously given to Haley’s PAC. Those contributors include New York hedge fund manager Paul Singer, Chicago investor Ken Griffin and Dallas real estate developer Harlan Crow — and their support has helped Mace raise more than five times as much as Arrington.” This is the anti-Trump Republican coalition supporting both Nikki Haley and Nancy Mace.

Decepticons? Without looking, this comes from Conservative Treehouse/Sundance. I'm tired of his stuff. He predicted so much with regard to Russiagate, the blackhats and whitehats, the stolen election. Nothing happened.

The same rich donors that fund McConnell and the rest of the GOP (mostly the U.S. Chamber of Commerce crowd) also fund Nikki Haley. She is somebody to these people.
The goal of these people are to keep the one way free trade with China intact. They have been enjoying cheap labor and one way free trade to the U.S. for decades. In the meantime they have become rich and China has boomed.

What? CTH was pretty adamant nothing would ever happen. He even traveled to DC and met with a bunch of politicians and DOJ employees and came back stunned at how the institutions are silo'ed to protect themselves from accountability, as well as how truly stupid a lot of those in these branches of government are.

Mentioned this here before, but I know Nancy Mace. She used to live in our neighborhood in Atlanta before moving to SC. She’s a moron with all the convictions of a wet paper towel. World class crazy eyes also, used to feel sorry for her now ex husband in having to put up with her.

Sundance while not perfect. Saw everything we are watching coming for years now. Sundance's instincts, sources, and common sense were spot-on.
Sundance was often criticized here by the trusty the planners. He was called cynical and sometimes I agreed. Some on this forum never took back all of their disparaging Sundance remarks about Sundance, because they are arrogant know it all's. I thought they were suppose to be do gooder kind souls enlightening people and showing them the way?
Also disparaging Jack Poso incorrectly.
Sundance mused at the trusty the planners and saw early-on that the fruits stunk of the wrong people to trust.
He posted pics making fun of Hannity's tic tocs before it was known Hannity also had poor sources.
The Sean Hannity's that said all the bad guys were going to be arrested any moment were consistently shown by Sundance (with links and back-up) to be incorrect.
