5 redfish limit at 7:30 in PAC. First time using a black spoon and it did not disappoint.

Caught a few nice stripers on Lake Texoma before the wind started gusting to 30+ mph turning it into Texocean.

My Lowrance FS9 Elite at the helm shut off on the way back to the ramp and won't power on. FML

Hopefully it's wiring. I'm hoping they come out with better models in the next few years.

I'm hoping just something like that caused by a bumpy ride from hull slapping in 30-35 mph gusts.

I had a tough day, but the biggest one pulled drag. The second to biggest one had a huge bass follow it up. Had to be 8 or bigger.

As bad as I struggled yesterday on Indian Creek, I almost didn't go this morning. Went to Kincaid and had 22 before 10 and left them biting.

40 trout, no pics.

Most were hammers, I was measuring 13"-14" fish because they looked tiny compared to the big girls we were catching. We probably could have grinded a limit but we both had fish in the freezer and we both ended up with another gallon each to freeze... We wanted to get in before the holiday and oh we are glad we did.

So if you don't go that no wake zone in Hopedale is there for a very good reason. Someone smoked through it and had a good ole baw's 25' off shore looking boat almost jump on the dock! Of course it wasn't tied up correctly or even in a spot you are suppose to dock.... They send some nice waves up through the cleaning area.

Caught 21 out of Venice. Launched at 630. Done by 1130 only bc we were running from storms. Weather forecasters got it wrong again. My son caught a stud.

150 outta shell beach on two boats Saturday. Most fish on plastics (matrix Shad’s and other paddle tails on 3/8oz jig heads before 8:30. Absolute frenzy. Finished off limit with mix of poppin cork, free lining shrimp, and more paddle tails. Best LA trip I’ve had to date. Had this memory with some great buddies, 4 of us did our first trip together in 2008.

Got on a hot bream bed and wore them out yesterday with my 5 year old and 3 year old. My youngest caught a nice little bass on a cane pole with a cricket, he was fired up and big brother had to switch to his bass rod to try to one up him.
