Beto interrupts Gov Abbott's news conference

Just appeared on the local CBS channel.
Governor Abbott was holding a news conference, Beto shows up and starts shouting down the Governor. Governor (or someone in the entourage) replies by calling Beto an SOB (and yes he spelled it out, he may need to apologize to female dogs).
