Sue says she is desperate to clear her husband, Tim’s, name and get him released from prison after admitting that she lied when she accused him of abuse in 2019.
She says that she was angry with Tim at the time because she was convinced he was cheating on her and now deeply regrets her actions. “Hopefully, Dr. Phil can help me clear Tim’s name,” says Sue.
“I hope other people watching our story don’t make the same horrible mistake I made just because they’re angry at someone.”

There’s more men in prison due to women lying than there are for simple marijuana possession and no violent priors. We’re not ready for that conversation though.
