Trebuchet.

Would be very effective removing illegal immigrants.

I vote VCR/VHS. I think VHS produced a warmer, analog picture compared to today’s digital streaming.

I remember that feature. What was the utility? Not using up your minutes just to talk to someone within line-of-sight distance?

Ah, Nextel push-to-talk. It's how you let everyone know you are subcontractor living off your dad.

Right in front of the convention center and the big talk of the show? A prop plane that is gaining big time acceptance internationally as a Close Air Support weapons platform. SOCOM and USAF are actually looking at buying some for specialty missions. You may get your wish.

Yeah, I’ve seen things like that recently.

Which plane was that? A Texan II/Wolverine?

I know the Brazilian made Super Tucano got a hard look from the US military for that attack/counterinsurgency role.

Whatever tech did not promote living your entire life electronically while interacting with people as little as possible.

Those old purple ink mimeographs my schoolteachers used in the 60’s and 70’s. Us innocent little kids could get quite the rush sniffing those pages. “Hey mom, this math homework is far out, man”

I wish they’d go back to putting ash trays in cars. Especially the ones with a vacuum canister that sucked the ash and smoke and deposited it in a canister under the hood

I was about to say VHS. Thrift stores have good movies for about a buck each. I got godfather 2 for $4 a few days ago. Obviously there's cons in quality but at least the movie uses your whole tv screen instead of that crappy black hole area under and above it.
