My daughter got free passes to the aquarium and zoo.

None at all. People are always being slaughtered in the zoo and at the aquarium. Prob best you stay in BFE.

Might get your window smashed at either location but the zoo is in a nice area. Aquarium is right by Harrahs which is fine.

He aquarium has its own parking lot. You literally walk right in. You think the entire area is a war zone or something?

I LOVE New Orleans. Always have and always will.
She could do both safely.
However, the reality is thuggery is out of control and local criminal justice system is in disarray.
So, do the right planning...don't ride alone, go early/mid-day time of day, don't make yourself vulnerable (know where parking, no walking alone, etc.)
I go to New Orleans to feed my soul. Nowadays, have to be cautious to protect my hungry soul than to feed that sob.
