I would say 17 weeks would be a fair cutoff. After that abortion should only be a lifesaving measure. 80% of miscarriages occur in the first trimester

I also realize that my feelings about it are not strong enough that they override the person making that decision's.

Then what is the best cutoff? People keep saying conception but how in the hell are you going to even attempt to enforce that?

I'm laughing at his contradictions, made just several minutes apart.

They have no actual answers, only holier than art thou self-righteous indignation.

When the government starts going through their mail to make sure it doesnt contain abortion pills they will scream about their rights.

Stupid take. It's like asking if murder being illegal blurs the lines of church and state because of the Ten Commandments.

enforced unfairly.

What's unfair is having a handful of people make a federal law on the subject without any input from the people.

What's fair is kicking it to the states and allowing the people to vote on the subject.

Who said anything about banning sex?

Your analogy did when you responded to a guy discussing drinking and driving, and you said:

quote:

I support your freedom to make that choice and would be against a law banning alcohol

Again, your IQ is probably in the 80s

They could have a stance before they were murdered. The problem with your assumption is an aborted fetus never had the ability to consider any stances.

Also i find a major flaw in your statement that 100% of aborted fetuses wouldve been against abortion. Out of the millions of fetuses that are aborted we can be fairly certain a percentage of them wouldve committed suicide (aka aborted themselves)

We can reliably determine that among the non-religious there is clear majority support for pro-choice.

So if we can get the “majority” to poll in favor of murder not being a crime, will is that ok?

What a clown argument.

How can you say otherwise?

This is an awful argument.

Should population control crazies just look at suicide rates and go around killing X amount of children because the probability of them doing it themselves was very high?

You'll have to show me the Supreme Court case that ruled that murder is a civil right.

So if this decision gets published then you have no complaints, right?

I will think it is wrong but if the supreme court rules it to be so there is no appeal to be made besides revolution.

Also will need to see your hypothetical vote where the majority of non religiously-biased people are in favor of murder being legal.

you just used the same thing to point out a "major flaw" in his argument
