re: Serious question about abortions

To me, it involves a slippery slope. Over time, legalized abortion desensitizes society from the sanctity of all life. We are at the point now where they want the to have the right to kill babies days or weeks after it is born. That’s not to mention all the other killings that are ho-hum.

It has nothing to do with race. Any abortion is usually for a desperate circumstance where care for the child will be poor. It’s common sense.

It worsens society. The wholesale slaughter of the innocent for the sake of convenience is truly evil.

Is it still a mother’s choice once baby exits the womb? That newborn is also a “kid that would’ve grown up in a poor situation and grown up to contribute little to society” just like the fetus was.

Killing babies is infanticide, regardless of who is making the choice to do so. So again, stop pretending this is a “choice” issue and acknowledge the fact that this is about protecting innocent defenseless babies. So that being said, if you loathe the idea so much of “undesirables” walking around, shouldn’t you do something about the undesirables producing those future undesirables?

You should read up on Margaret Sanger.

Because it doesn’t cost anyone a red cent to love and cherish their own offspring. A thousand generations prospered by your definition of a poor situation, because they were rich in spirit and knew they were loved. Your own child is your ticket to immortality in this universe, why do so many just piss that away.

Absolutely not. Poor families absorb kids.. Raising them by parents and grandparents. It's Susie Q who wants to go to Ole Miss or Penn State and party in a Sorority who does this on the regular. I saw it as an L& D Nurse over and over.

Wouldn't society be better off if we just killed everyone over 60 years of age. They pay very little taxes. They cost a lto of money in SS and Medicare. Think of all the jobs we'd create and money saved.
See how that works? It's sick. It's perverse. And individual's worth shoudn't be measured by what's "good for society".

The majority of abortions are kids that would’ve grown up in a poor situation and grown up to contribute little to society. While I agree it is an evil action, does it worsen or improve society?
How do you know what they would or wouldn’t “have done” if they weren’t murdered by their mother first? The WHOLE issue isn’t what that person would have contributed to society… it is that HE/SHE DESERVES THE RIGHT TO LIVE. Period. Case closed. End of argument.

Unless you can prove when life begins abortion is murder.
